How this website — the eiddi.com brand hub — handles the limited data it collects.

This policy covers eiddi.com, the brand hub for the EIDDI group. eiddi.com is not an operating entity and does not sell services or take payments. Data relating to commercial services is governed by the privacy terms of the relevant operating entity — eiddi.co or eiddisolutions.com.
Only what the site needs to function: details you submit through the contact form (such as your name, email and message); standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and basic analytics; and your approximate country, detected once via a third-party geolocation lookup to suggest the most relevant EIDDI site.
To respond to enquiries, to route you to the correct entity, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
A geolocation provider (ipapi.co) receives your IP address to return an approximate country. Content-delivery networks that serve fonts and libraries (Google Fonts, jsDelivr) may log your IP as part of delivering those files. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. We add no advertising or social-media trackers.
This site uses no advertising cookies. It uses your browser's session storage only to remember that you dismissed the regional-suggestion banner, which clears when you close the tab.
You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, and ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
